Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilising advanced medical technologies. This position operates on a 12-hour rotating roster pattern, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The ideal candidate must be available for a rotating roster of 12-hour shifts.
Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing advanced life support procedures; collaborating with the medical team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans; maintaining accurate and detailed patient records; educating patients and their families about ongoing healthcare needs and post-hospital care; and participating in continuous professional development and training programs.
