AS A REGISTERED NURSE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Administering prescribed medications in line with company and NMC guidelines
• Providing treatments such as surgical dressings when necessary
• Thoroughly assessing each resident’s care needs
• Handling medical emergencies with professionalism
• Maintaining accurate records for individualised care plans
