Amberfield is seeking experienced Registered Nurses who are keen to bring leadership to a growing care team. Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will be required to deliver nursing care to village residents, including those requiring higher levels of care such as dementia and palliative care services. You will also supervise Personal Care Assistants on shift, providing them with clinical leadership. Most importantly, you will be an advocate and promote the LDK model of care.

We are seeking to fill vacancies for the night shifts below:

  • Tuesday 10.30pm to 7am
  • Wednesday 10.30pm to 7am
  • Thursday 10.30pm to 7am
  • Friday 10.30pm to 7am
  • Saturday 10.30pm to 7am

We offer above award rates for RNs based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Valid First Aid and CPR
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in Australia
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Alignment to a values-based organisation
  • Demonstrated understanding of the needs of senior Australians
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and promote an inclusive environment
