Responsibilities:

The Clinical Trials Registered Nurse will Co-ordinate and manage oncology clinical trials in the Cancer Therapy Centre. The Clinical Trials Registered Nurse is responsible for care of the patient undergoing clinical trials including education and coordination of patients, venepuncture and blood sampling.
To assist in data management and ethics submission. To provide a consultancy service to participating patients, their carers and the health professionals involved, maintaining effective communication and liaison with nursing, medical, pharmacy, laboratory staff, other hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. To ensure the clinical trial protocol adherence and maintain appropriate documentation.
