ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses interested in specializing in Respiratory Nursing. In this role, you’ll have the chance to enhance your skills through our specialized education program tailored to respiratory care. Proactivity is key, as we strive to remain at the forefront of respiratory treatment advancements. Our ward is known for its commitment to quality improvement and is one of the leading centres in the district for respiratory education.
Strong communication skills are vital, as you will interact with patients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective and clear information exchange. Collaboration is essential in our ward, which emphasizes a team-oriented approach to patient care.
We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about engaging in a structured learning program, as ongoing professional development is central to delivering top-notch respiratory care. Our team includes Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs) and Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs), along with mentors and preceptors who provide on-the-job training. Additionally, our supportive Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is dedicated to succession planning and fostering the growth and development of our team members.
