DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

• After training is complete and you feel comfortable in the role, this RN position will float to our other outpatient clinics in the greater Northfield area: Rochester, Northfield, Lakeville, Hastings and Apple Valley
• $2.75 shift differential offered while in the float pool
• Schedule: Work 3-4 days / week, 10 - 12 hours/day (every other Saturday, closed on Sundays!)
• Extensive training: First 9 - 12 weeks of employment, group and 1:1 hands-on training
• Growth opportunities: Charge Nurse, Nurse Preceptor, Home Therapies

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
