Novant Health is hiring a MedSurg registered nurse for the Night shift at our Pender Memorial Hospital location in Burgaw, NC. We are offering up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus as well as up to $7,500 relocation assistance.
- Schedule: Full-time, 0.9 FTE (Full Time), 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12 Hour Night Shift, 7pm-7am

ABOUT THE MED/SURG 1 WEST UNIT:
We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team at Pender Memorial Hospital’s MedSurg (1 West) unit. This unit offers a unique small, family atmosphere, fostering close-knit relationships among staff and patients alike. Nurses here not only gain familiarity with the entire hospital but also become integral members of the community they serve. As the unit evolves to accommodate a changing patient population, nurses can learn a wide array of skills and enjoy considerable independence and autonomy in their practice. Additionally, situated in a prime location for gaining valuable experience with trauma cases, it provides an excellent opportunity for nurses to develop their skills in the Emergency Department setting
