Description:

DETAILS

  • Sign on Bonus: $15000 sign on bonus for experienced registered nurses with at least 1 year of RN experience OR $12000 sign on bonus for New Graduate RNs with less than 1 year of RN experience.

    Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certified BLS Provider specializing in Health Service Provider credentialed from the American HeartAssociation (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. OR military CPR-First Aidtraining required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire required.

Work Experience:

  • One (1) year clinical nursing experience at date of hire required.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition asappropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning need with members of the healthcare team.
