Description:

The Integrated Community Nursing team is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join the team.
Applicants should have previous experience at Band 4 within a hospital or community setting, and demonstrate transferable clinical skills as detailed in the job description and personal specification; however training would be available where required.
Please note that should we receive a high number of applications, we reserve the right to close the advert earlier than advertised.
Come join us to work at Luton and work with us towards integration in delivering care to achieving our better together programme.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel effectively and independently on a daily basis to and from the base, clients’ homes and other venues around the geographical area whilst transporting equipment. If necessary, adjustments can be considered, in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act.
The Nursing Associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan of patients and across the fields of nursing, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of registered nurses who work within the sphere of nursing and care.
Nursing Associates are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment as a Nursing Associate and will work to a nationally recognised code of conduct.
Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, we are proud to provide high quality innovative services across most of the east of England that enable people to receive care closer to home and live healthier lives.
There’s one reason why our services are outstanding – and that’s our amazing staff who, for the seventh year running, rated us incredibly highly in the national staff survey.
If you share our passion for innovative and high-quality care delivery, then please submit your application and join us on our exciting journey as a leading-edge specialist community provider. All are welcome to apply and our promise to you is a culture which prioritises staff engagement and development.
