We are seeking a qualified and dediated Maryland Registered Peer Supervisor to lead and support our team of Peer Recovery Specialists. The Peer Supervisor will be responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and professional development to peer staff, ensuring adherence to peer support best practices and ethical guidelines. This position plays a crucial role in promoting recovery-oriented principles and fostering an environment of growth for both peers and clients.SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

PROVIDE DIRECT SUPERVISION AND OVERSI

  • o Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring quality of care and compliance with state standards.Facilitate regular one-on-one and group
  • rvision sessions to offer support, mentorship, and professional development.Monitor and assess peer staff performance,

  • ery-oriented principles and client-centered care.Assist in developing and implementing peer sup

  • nities for Peer Recovery Specialists to maintain Maryland certification.Provide crisis intervention and guidance in comple
