We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Psychologist at our Cambden practice. in this role, you’ll encounter daily challenges and rewarding moments, directly influencing the lives of individuals in the community. Your role will see you supporting Foster Care services, Clients funded under the NDIS , Home Care clients, Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), and external clients of Challenge Community Services.
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a registered or eligible psychologist who is passionate about working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities and complex behavioral needs. You are someone who can think on their feet, solve problems effectively, and collaborate across all services to achieve positive outcomes for our clients and their families. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express ideas clearly and logically, are essential.
Experience with assessments is highly desirable. Additionally, possessing a current NSW driver’s license, COVID-19 vaccinations, and the necessary background checks is a must. If you have experience in OOHC/ADHC/NDIS or a similar field, or if you’ve worked in Mental Health, provided Clinical Supervision, or are a Medicare provider, we’d love to hear from you. Familiarity with Family Systems Therapy and strong group facilitation or training skills would also be valuable

Your focus will be on providing a clinical lens across assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions. Collaborate closely with Foster Care services and NDIS-funded clients, as we’re registered providers under NDIS and Medicare.
