  • Your careful financial management in lead up to and during Relay For Life will contribute to a credible and well-run fundraising effort that inspires confidence from our donors and the public.
  • Your knowledge of accounting and attention to detail along with your ability to manage a high volume of data will create a seamless experience for participants and donors.

  • You are ready to lead a small group of volunteers in the management of registration and financial logistics.

Our Investment
As an organization we will provide you with online resources, training and support to help you lead the Financial side of this community event.
You will also be supported by the Relay Director, Logistics, a fellow volunteer, who will oversee all aspects around implementing the actual event day.
You will be part of the larger Relay community and have opportunity to learn and mentor as you engage with CCS staff and volunteers.

Your commitment

  • This is an important leadership role. We are anticipating an ongoing level of commitment which will include regular monthly meetings with the entire committee.

  • You are agreeing to initiate and respond with regular, consistent communication between the other volunteers on the committee whose responsibilities overlap with yours and with the Relay Director, Logistics.
