Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE…

We are looking for someone who is customer focused , confident using digital resources and committed to effective team working . You will have excellent people skills and ability to speak in front of an audience. Able to work accurately, following work procedures and without close supervision. To work flexibly outside of agreed working pattern on occasions, to facilitate the scheduling of the ceremony programme to ensure we meet statutory duties.

The role is to

  • register or conduct statutory and non-statutory ceremonies at registration offices, religious buildings and other approved premises within the local authorityundertake duties attached to the registration of marriages and civil partnership
