ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Java/GoLang Developer with over 5 years of backend development experience, focusing on building large-scale, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java or GoLang development, and a solid background in designing and developing microservices-based architectures that prioritize scalability and reliability.
As a Java/GoLang Developer, you will contribute to building multitenant SaaS applications, with attention to data isolation, security, and scalability. You will work with RESTful APIs, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing, leveraging technologies such as SpringBoot, WebFlux, and Reactor for Java-based microservices, or GoLang.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Java (SpringBoot, Micronaut) or GoLang.
• Build and maintain multitenant SaaS applications, ensuring data security and scalability.
• Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with teams, with a willingness to learn and work with GoLang if not already experienced.
