REQUIREMENTS

  • AWS - EC2, Cloudformation
  • Java / Spring
  • Javascript / Typescript / React

EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or similar work based experience.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer ideally with a focus on media-related projects.
  • Very good working knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with providing coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing to the development of business scenarios.
  • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies.
  • You are flexible and curious in your approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

As a Regular Software Engineer you will be working alongside a team of Developers that are decommissioning a legacy, multi-function, multi-tenant, in-house business-facing software solution. The primary focus of this role will be to assist in developing and integrating this functionality into these alternative systems, enabling us to gradually phase out the deprecated components.
As part of this role, you will join a mature, multi-disciplinary, agile software development team. You will work closely with team members, collaborating and sharing knowledge and tasks daily
