POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Regular Warehouse Processor is responsible for handling, organizing, and processing goods within the warehouse. This role involves tasks such as receiving and sorting products, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in processing orders and maintaining inventory.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight] pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Sorting: Unload, receive, and sort incoming goods according to company standards, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory records.
  • Processing Orders: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by updating records and performing regular stock checks.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects, report any issues, and ensure only quality items are processed for shipment.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
