Description:
Your activities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring local compliance and the timely notification of products marketed by Ausnutria B.V. You will play a key role in developing and implementing Ausnutria’s regulatory affairs strategy and policies, making sure they align with the company’s broader objectives. Your role will involve advising internal stakeholders and customers on regulatory matters while also maintaining and building strong relationships with external stakeholders and relevant authorities. This will be done in accordance with both the short and long-term business needs, as well as the R&D strategy, to ensure that all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the realization of Ausnutria’s strategic objectives.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge from (infant) food legislation;
- Ensure compliance of composition, labels and off-pack marketing communication
- Follow all relevant RA topics and inform internal stakeholders;
- Represent Ausnutria in local trade associations;
- Advice on implementing new and changed legislation.

You are the fit if
- Bachelor or Master in Food Technology or Science, Human Nutrition, Health & Nutrition or equivalent discipline;
- Experience in regulatory affairs environment in nutrition industry;
- Strong drive and high energy in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving business environment;
- Proactive, solution focused and a team player;
- A creative thinker, well-developed business acumen;
- Able to communicate and work at all levels, from academia to laboratory and production;
- Fluent in English and an additional language as Dutch is a very plus.
