Your tasks
As part of the Regulatory Affairs group, the Homologation & Regulatory Compliance (HRC) department is responsible for navigating our customers through the increasing complexity of homologation, certification, and licensing to ensure legally and regulatory compliant business.
As Regulatory Affairs Quality Manager (m/f/diverse), you will join a global and diverse team dedicated to ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of our products with respect to the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. The role involves three main functions:
You will be responsible for coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams through the complexities of integrating regulatory requirements into the Continental organisation. You will also be responsible to represent the department in quality technical compliance topics which concern regulatory and standardisation. And finally, you will be responsible for coordinating Continental’s response in external market surveillance cases.

Your profile

  • Academic degree or vocational training in the fields of Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, Technical Communication, Science or IT
  • Experience within Quality Management, Research and Development, R&D Materials or testing department are desirable
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), preferably German language skills
  • Skills in problem-solving and assertiveness
  • Process oriented thinking
  • High quality orientation
