SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 5+ years Compliance experience
  • 3rd Party Risk experience
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Executive Management Level presentation experience
  • Strong reporting experience
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Banking/Financial background preferre

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and evaluation of US and Non-US Law, Rules, and Guidelines (e.g., EARL Alerts, applicability reviews, etc.)
  • Perform Non-Us and US Regulatory Analysis to confirm current state compliance
  • Develop monthly reporting to provide status updates to various stakeholders
  • Perform gap analysis against enterprise policies and procedures to confirm compliance
  • SME Identification Reviews / SME Reviews / Pre-Publication Reviews
  • Various Regulatory Initiatives
