SUMMARY:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 5+ years Compliance experience
- 3rd Party Risk experience
- Supply Chain experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Executive Management Level presentation experience
- Strong reporting experience
- Project Management experience preferred
- Banking/Financial background preferre
Responsibilities:
- Identification and evaluation of US and Non-US Law, Rules, and Guidelines (e.g., EARL Alerts, applicability reviews, etc.)
- Perform Non-Us and US Regulatory Analysis to confirm current state compliance
- Develop monthly reporting to provide status updates to various stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis against enterprise policies and procedures to confirm compliance
- SME Identification Reviews / SME Reviews / Pre-Publication Reviews
- Various Regulatory Initiatives
