ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Head of Reward, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory & Governance Reward Lead to join our team in Germany.
The successful candidate will focus on governance aspects, work closely with the relevant teams to prepare materials for Remuneration Committee meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as the Institutsvergütungsverordnung (IVV), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, KWG).
This role requires a deep understanding of executive compensation, regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, mandatory disclosures, and reporting, as well as ensuring that our reward policies are fully compliant. Additionally, the role involves identifying and reporting material risk takers and ensuring compliance with related regulations.
