YOUR ROLE
Today we are an international team of 30+ people from around the world. Due to our growth, international presence, and operations in an ever-changing regulatory environment, we are expanding our team to strengthen our regulatory and compliance competence. As Regulatory & Compliance Manager you will be working in an open, high-energy, and international environment and be responsible for regulatory and compliance matters at Creandum. You will form part of the legal team and report directly to Creandum’s General Counsel. You will be based in our office in central Stockholm.
You will be responsible for regulatory and compliance matters in an international context, in particular:
- Ensure that Creandum’s activities comply with all relevant regulations;
- Work cross-functionally with Creandum teams and Partners to develop a best in class VC regulatory and compliance function;
- Structure, develop, and manage the firm’s compliance programmes including analyzing, drafting and implementing policies and procedures (first line compliance);
- Design and perform appropriate internal compliance training;
- Provide advice and support in regulatory aspects of fundraising activities and fund strategy;
- Serve as an advisor to Creandum portfolio companies by providing insights and recommendations on regulatory and compliance matters;
- In collaboration with colleagues from legal and operations, work on ESG matters
