Overview:
Are you an NQ looking to gain a broad range of experiences across the regulatory practice at a leading law firm?
This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ to work alongside an experienced team and gain exposure to a broad range of regulatory work. You will be afforded the opportunity to understand your preferred practice area and supported to develop your career at Walker Morris.
Responsibilities:
You’ll work alongside Chambers-recognised leading practitioners advising national and international businesses on a variety of matters, including:
- Financial services regulatory matters for clients including banks, private equity and venture capital fund managers, insurance intermediaries, alternative lenders, brokers and payment services firms.
- Information law, including data protection, for clients in the tech and other sectors.
- Health and safety and environmental prosecutions, including high profile fatal accident cases.
- International trade matters, including sanctions and export controls.
- Consumer law, including advertising, promotions and product safety.
- Food safety for businesses throughout the supply chain.
