• Project management of regulatory projects involving multiple departments / business lines / geographical sites.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Geneva on regulatory matters affecting the European banking hub, headquartered in Germany, and its branches.
• Anticipating the likely impact of regulatory changes and coordinating efforts to prepare for them.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables for regulatory projects.
• Coordinate representatives of various departments (Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Business) to ensure all regulatory requirements are understood, assessed and integrated into the Group’s processes and systems.
• Manage resources, budgets and risks associated with regulatory projects.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting high quality standards.
