Description:
Regulatory Reporting and Trading Applications Support Analyst
As a Regulatory Reporting and Trading Applications Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical regulatory reporting and trading applications. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience working in a similar role in a complex information system environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to structure, document, and share knowledge effectively
- Familiarity with monitoring and job scheduling concepts
- Proven experience in incident resolution and request handling
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a financial environment
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Basic financial or capital market knowledge
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
