Who we are looking for:
You will be joining the Regulatory Reporting team in the Munich Office, where the Regulatory Reporting is being overseen for EMEA. The Regulatory Reporting Change Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing changes in regulatory reporting processes and systems within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, reporting frameworks and project management principles. The Regulatory Reporting Change Manager will work closely together with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance and Risk Management to ensure that all changes are implemented effectively, efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What you will be responsible for:
- Leading Finance professionals in area of Regulatory Reporting – Change Management
- Manage the implementation of changes (new products, changes in regulatory requirements) in the area of Regulatory Reporting (Abacus 360)
- Analyze new regulatory requirements and assess their impact on existing frameworks
- Creation of test cases to ensure thorough testing of requirements and documentation of test results
- Project management for regulatory initiatives as required, including definition of Data and I.T requirements
- Collaboration with stakeholders to define change objectives, scope and deliverables
What we value:
- Demonstrated people management, organizational and project management skills
- Professional experience in Regulatory Reporting or Finance Accounting
- Regulatory Reporting experience preferred and Regulatory Reporting experience in the areas of Financial Reporting (FINREP) or Common Reporting (COREP) an advantage
- Practical knowledge of accounting databases such as Oracle and regulatory software such as Regnology (Abacus 360) preferred
- Ability to deal effectively with stakeholders (Risk, Business, data and IT teams) in a multi-locational environment
- Proactive in identifying new approaches to improve processes and systems
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, change management, or a related field within the financial service industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Products (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems and tools (e.g. Abacus 360 / Regnology)
- Experience in using BI Tools - TIBCO Spotfire or Power BI in creating dashboards and data profiling will be an additional advantage.
- Proficiency in using SQL is a plus.
