REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Audiologist credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
• Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
• Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Manage the daily operations of rehabilitative services.

• Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Assess quality of patient care and coordinate services with patients and healthcare providers.
• Manage staff relations and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Oversee departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
