SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Reinspection Specialist. If you are an individual with great attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough reinspections of property assessments for quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory obligations then this role may be a great fit. As SageSure’s Claims team grows, you’ll be an integral player in ensuring we scale with the highest level of quality and accuracy leveraging automated solutions to streamline claim review processes. Responsibilities:
- Consistently complete thorough and accurate property reinspections within designated cycle times within assigned geographic locations, while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Analyze repair estimates and ensure they are aligned with our estimating guidelines, and the scope of damage and material selection.
- Conduct on-site reinspections as needed to verify the extent of damage versus the estimate prepared by a staff adjuster, third party adjuster or direct repair vendor.
- Stay current on relevant building codes, construction/remediation methodologies, regulatory obligations, and emerging trends in property damage assessment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing reinspection data and recommending process and training enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing and sharing reinspection findings to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Support catastrophe response as needed including deployment.
