Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- University degree education or relevant professional qualifications and experience. (or equivalent)
- Experience in a global Project Management role, ideally in the Re/insurance industry
- Previous experience of successful delivery on business transformational and growth initiatives
- Multilingual skills are preferred (English and/or French, Spanish, and Italian)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presenting) and experience working with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from Executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
