Position: Student Helper - Recruiter Support

PeopleValue, a dynamic and growing small size company, is looking for an outgoing and tenacious student to join our team as a part-time Recruiter support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- As the company is located in Trekroner you must be currently studying in Trekroner or residing in Roskilde.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Danish and an outgoing personality.
- Be able to be the lone wolf
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Systematic and organized, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings, to meet recruitment goals.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Student Helper you will join our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to support our goals to be the best at what we do. This role is perfect for someone who is not afraid to knock down doors and isn’t easily discouraged. You will be required to work both independently and collaboratively, often outside regular business hours, to screen candidates and manage the first stages of the recruitment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Candidate Engagement: Reach out to candidates, conduct initial screenings, and build strong relationships.
- Systematic Approach: Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and follow-ups.
- Persistence: Effectively handle rejections and continue to pursue the best talent for our team.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to conduct screening calls and be willing to conduct follow-ups outside of typical working hours.
- Reporting: To take minutes of your process and successes etc.
