As a Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for providing support for relationship bankers through the completion of key business activities. You will be part of our reputable and high performing Commercial team.

As a Relationship Banking Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
Look after a portfolio catering to Commercial clients
Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies
Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer’s industry and associated markets
Ideal for emerging staff with the potential to take on Relationship Management responsibilities
Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders
Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen,
- Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends,
- Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery/ customer experience role,
- Sound understanding of the structuring of security arrangements,
- Experience in the banking industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
