As a Relationship Associate, you will play a vital role in our Relationships & Oversight Team, where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our clients and the success of our listed and unlisted products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, ensuring positive client experiences
  • Understand key stakeholders and company expectations
  • Resolve Client and Service Provider issues, escalating when necessary
  • Assist in Fund transition, termination, and Accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare submissions for internal committees and act as a delegate as needed
  • Assist with the execution of Fund documents and contracts in line with policy
  • Contribute to system and process enhancements, striving for continuous improvement
