Mō te tūranga - About the role
The Relationship Associate role is critical to making this happen and will involve the following:
Support the Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers
Providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis along with lending support for designated customer groups
Support customers with simple business needs to the largest privately-owned businesses

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen,
- Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends,
- Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery/ customer experience role,
- Sound understanding of the structuring of security arrangements,
- Experience in the banking industry is an advantage, but not a requirement, and
- Preferably possesses an accounting or finance degree or equivalent, though not a strict requirement.
