RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR

As a Relationship Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and internal partners, providing expert service, and delivering exceptional patient care as part of our Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and internal departments.
• Conduct patient welcome-calls and serve as the single point of contact for patients.
• Collaborate with key team members daily to understand the needs and urgency of deliverable requests.
• Execute timely follow-ups with patients to secure necessary information.
• Accurately log communications and hand-offs in systems.
• Review accounts, understand current status, and communicate account needs clearly.
• Coordinate and assist with incoming patient calls and requests.

Your Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in a medical device, DME company, or patient support environment.
• Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills with patients over the phone.
• Familiarity with basic medical and insurance terminology preferred.
• Experience with health care systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Excellent German and English skills.
