POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Title: Relationship Manager Account Management & Service
Reports to: Team Manager Client Service Account Management

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor- or Master degree, apprenticeship in banking or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with excellence in Czech and English, ideally another language
  • Expertise in relationship management & lending, corporate cash management products (SEPA / domestic/ international payments, liquidity management, electronic banking)
  • Pronounced client centricity and ability to balance between Deutsche Bank’s and clients’ interests
  • Prime knowledge of MS Office suite and collaboration software (e.g. Confluence)
  • Agile mindset with a prominent drive to continuously improve

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a corporate client portfolio by providing first-class daily service whilst being the focal point of contact dynamically, sensitively and professionally addressing clients’ needs
  • Respond to account- & transaction inquiries and provide solutions in close coordination with internal departments or other international Implementation & Service teams
  • Liaise closely with regional & global Cash Management Implementation-, Sales-, Product Management- and Service teams in a dynamic international environment
  • Organise and lead (international) meetings on issues and escalations that impact clients’ cash management operations by taking ownership of identified issues until successful resolution
  • Monitor important transactions (e.g. netting rounds, high-care payments)
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and liaise with Product Sales about further follow-up
  • Account management (opening, closing, overdrafts, AFC reporting, etc.) and documenting all client interactions
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feeding back their results into Deutsche Bank’s continuous improvement process
  • Acquire and maintain banking relationships with international and multinational subsidiaries (strategic clients of Deutsche Bank on the Czech market in the entire scope of banking services) and execute sales initiatives by acquiring new clients and selling new products to existing clients
  • Act as ACO (Accountable Client Owner) i.e. carry out new client adoptions (NCA) and review existing relationships in accordance with applicable regulations (KYC) and support the KYC process by collecting and preparing the required client documentation
  • Relationship management (building & maintaining on board- or treasury level) and lending (apply for credit limits following Deutsche Bank’s strategy guidelines incl. negotiating loan agreements; monitor, review and renew granted credit products)
