Relationship Manager - Forex Trading

As a Relationship Manager, you will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by offering customized Stock and Forex trading solutions. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their trading objectives and providing expert support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Financial Trading/Forex markets.
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets, with a focus on Stock and Forex trading.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Proficiency in regional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, in addition to Hindi.

• Assess client requirements and deliver tailored trading solutions.
• Educate clients on Stock and Forex trading opportunities and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze client trading activities to identify growth prospects.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient client experiences.
