Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated, driven, Relationship Manager who will be committed to managing and growing key accounts in the Melbourne region alongside identifying new partners.
- Developing & implementing strategies to win and grow revenue within a new & existing customer base.
- Build a regular cadence with clients and vendor partners involving face-to-face meetings, virtual chats, and regular email update
- Identifying new areas of opportunity for partners and assisting to create new offerings to market.
- Developing, building & converting a solid pipeline for short, medium & long-term sustainable profitable growth.
- Manage & report your territory forecast and pipeline management
- Partner business reviews
- Upsell & Cross Sell Opportunities
- Represent the company to the partner & your partners to the company in all sales-oriented activities
- Be able to sell the Ingram Micro value and offerings to existing and new partner base.
- Creating & nurturing strategic relationships with both customers & aligned vendors.
- Building and maintaining optimal engagement and close plans to maximise profitability
- Having a ‘thinking outside of the box’ attitude to developing value add sales engagements to take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.
