RemServ (brand within MMS) is a leading provider of salary packaging administration in Queensland. We have offered salary packaging and novated leasing services for more than twenty years.
A novated lease is a way you can finance a new or used car. You can make your repayments from your pre-tax salary with approval from your employer under a ‘salary sacrifice’ arrangement. This may effectively reduce your taxable income. It may also allow you to bundle your vehicle’s expenses into one simple payment.
In your Relationship Manager role you will protect and retain all clients in your portfolio, along with enabling growth by ensuring you are value-adding to client relationships.
The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the key Client stakeholders and RemServ, and the aim is to be regarded as an industry expert & trusted business partner with the ultimate goal of achieving attitudinal loyalty.
It is the responsibility of this role to achieve 100% client retention, solid program participation growth and develop relationships within the client organisation. You will also achieve access to client sites to provide employee education & awareness activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the strategy for each account, which will include the Employer Profile, Organisational Structure, Key Stakeholder identification, SWOT, Pricing, Marketing, and Education/On-site strategy.
  • Maintain or increase program participation rates toward benchmark levels for each account within your portfolio (Corporate, Government and Not For Profit)
  • Pro-actively facilitate maximum access via the development of strong employer relationships at Senior Management: HR, Finance and/or Procurement levels
  • Pro-actively engage with Education Co-ordinators, Marketing Co-ordinators and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of sales and marketing plans via multiple channels
  • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, industry parties and business suppliers as required to ensure sales outcomes are achieved.
  • Manage contract renewal and negotiation process in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Act as an advocate on your customers behalf by communication employer feedback and information
  • Reporting
  • Drive initiatives and constantly seek business improvements within the function to enhance customer service delivery
