YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Working closely with the B2B Sales Team and the Employer, to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy.
- Managing key accounts, whilst ensuring customer advocacy and growth.
- Working closely with the Relationship Management, Marketing and Product teams, so ensure product adoption and lead generation. This includes, but is not limited to, online and offline employee activities.
- Meeting KPI targets on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation.
- Demonstrate team values, whilst maintaining and optimistic view and embracing/seeking feedback. Active participation in team/business meetings and events.
- Sharing process improvement ideas with the relevant internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
The Relationship Manager will manage Flare’s high value customers. You will proactively and strategically engage with customers, which will drive long-term relationships.
A component of this role is to educate employees about employee benefits, including novated leasing. You will educate employees through a vast array of online and offline tools, such as, but not limited to, webinars, presentations, on-site customer visits, expos, and other employee-facing events.
As a Relationship Manager, you will meet individual and team targets, and you will aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
