Relationship Manager / Trade Specialist, Trade

• Drives trade business through collaboration with business segments to acquire new to bank trade customers and also drive trade utilization;
• Provides advisory to new and existing customers on all trade finance matters;
• Work with respective segments to wallet size and cross sell to trade customers e.g. FX, CASA etc;
• Works with BDM/RM to develop mid and long term strategies to grow trade outstanding from existing to bank customers;Encourage utilization for newly on-boarded trade customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognized Degree
• Minimum 2 years of acquisition / client relationship experience in the SME Banking Industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Analytical and meticulous in work with an eye for details
• Results-driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Strong relationship-building skills and a team player
• Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance
• Create a good first impression, commanding attention and respect, showing an air of confidenceHighly driven and motivated to excel
