Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and promote banking/financial products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Guide and mentor team members (for leadership roles)
Requirements:
Mandatory Banking Sales Experience
Minimum 1 year of banking sales experience in the UAE OR 5 years in the home country
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Leadership skills for Team Leader roles
