We are looking for a Release Coordinator with relevant experience and strong English knowledge. Our partner is one of the leading global ISVs and industry partners from Microsoft with offices in all continents.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and facilitate the release processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of updates and new features.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in release management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack and software development
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of D365 or similar Microsoft products is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that the overall release schedule is kept, it is up-to-date and individual development teams are ready and prepared for each release, major or hotfix
  • Work closely with the software development teams and DevOps team during releases to coordinate release efforts, ensuring a timely and correct delivery
  • Facilitate and manage the release process from the planning stage to the actual release, conducting release readiness reviews and Go-No Go reviews
  • Ensure that the integrity of product release is protected and that the correct components are released
  • Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
  • Ensure that all required administrative tasks and quality gates, in cooperation with the QA Lead, are satisfied
  • Ensure that release documentation is maintained and updated
  • Handle incoming inquiries for individual items in context of the time of their releases, statuses, versions of backports
  • Continuously work towards making improvements in the release process
