JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a Senior Release Manager to work with Financial Crimes Technology Team. This team is responsible for all the Delivery within Financial Crimes
Technical Background perhaps some Dev Ops
Good communicator
Needs to be able to handle a fast paced environment with 2-3 releases per week
AML experience would be a nice to have

. Coordinate release schedules and activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Operations.

• Develop and maintain release plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Implement best practices for release management, including version control, change management, and release documentation.
• Conduct release readiness reviews, ensuring that all necessary criteria are met before deployment.
• Manage the deployment process, including release notes, communication plans, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Continuously improve release processes through automation, optimization, and feedback loops.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing updates on release progress and resolving any issues or concerns.Promote an efficient agile release management.

. Relationship Management – Work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to develop, test, and implement EAML Releases.

• People Leadership – Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals. Direct, motivate, and develop your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.

• Agile Mindset – Track and analyze operating environment for EAML Releases and implement agile practices for efficient delivery in a fast-paced and high performing environment.Work with Technology and Business partners to determine, negotiate, and manage releases to the agreed approaches.

EXPERIENCE IN RELEASE MANAGEMENT, PREFERABLY IN BIG DATA RELEASE MANAGEMENT.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.

FAMILIARITY WITH AML REGULATIONS AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.
