Description:
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Maintain the SO Master Schedule in collaboration with Deployment Project Managers, System Specialists, and Global IT Operations.
- Drive the build and maintenance of the System Operations portal, including the Master Plan Schedule, newsletter, technical Roadmaps, process descriptions, scorecards, etc
- Facilitate regular planning meetings, following up on actions and risks.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders including sites and vendors in order to build the Master Operations Plan
- Contribute in analysis and implementation work, in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Enhanced Productivity and Cost Lifecycle Management.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Release Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You will be anchored in the Product Management team within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Agile Programme, part of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply, focusing on implementing key systems supporting Novo Nordisk’ manufacturing processes. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised.
