SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

On a project assignment:
Manage what is happening in each environment
Maintain a schedule of events per environment
Manage deployment checklist to each environment for each release by release type
- Emergency Fix
- Regular bug fix & enhancement monthly release
- New Feature release
- Oracle releases (12 per year)
Enhance the Release Management Plan
Develop a Configuration Management Plan
Prepare Release Notes for End Users and recommendations on Training requirements
Track and Manage configuration packages and non configuration package changes in each environment
Maintain Project Catalog by environment using standard naming convention (use and owner)
Manage CAB (Production Change Advisory Board) approval in accordance with TDS Change control standard
Satisfy ITGC (IT General Controls) for Release and Configuration Management
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle Unifier configuration and package management experience, is required.
- Well organized.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops an asset.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills is required, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering high-quality results.
- CCP, CEP, PMP or other similar designations considered an asset.
