  We are urgently looking for a #Release Manager/ Project Manager
  Locations- #Germany
  Language: #German
  Mandatory Skill: (Telecom domain delivery experience preferably for OSS Tools in Transport & Workflow)
  Job Description :
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Release and Project Management and overall 12+ years of IT experience.
• Must have Telecom domain delivery experience preferably for OSS Tools in Transport & Workflow domain for Site & Inventory management, Netcool, Remedy based ticketing solution etc.
• Must have experience in delivering Agile projects and must be conversant with Sprint & Kanban delivery methodologies. Must have good knowledge of Jira tool.
• Should be able to drive multiple vendor teams for delivering as per the Release milestones.
• Ensure release interdependencies are properly identified & addressed.
• Effective tracking and co-ordination across all stakeholders of the project/program
• Presenting project/release status to sr. mgmt. with appropriate risks, issues and mitigation.
• Raise and escalate risks in a timely manner and follow up for resolution with stakeholders
• Understand demand and ensure these are broken down to features, user stories and tasks on Jira tool and ensure statuses are properly update till closure of the deliverables.
• Successfully track and deliver program objectives and meet agreed milestones
• Partner with other leaders across the organization and champion the day-to-day operation, continuous improvement and governance of the lifecycle of IT Service Management
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action completion across IS; help eliminate disruption of services and improve day-to-day operations using validated problem analysis and tracking all elements of the RCA to closure.
• Responsible for operation of process including accepting, processing, and reporting the status of RFCs, as well as preparing and orchestrating the CAB Agenda
• Develop, coordinate, and perform post change review of scheduled changes for all RFCs and maintenance efforts.
