For one of our clients, we are looking for a Release Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Deployment request review through JIRA and Quality check in repository (OBS No technical code review should be done by the resource.)
- Review if technical documentation is completed to an approved level.
- Manage Releases in JIRA and Change request creation in ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
- Provide deployment approval or rejections.
- Structured communication with Support, DEV, CINTO and Change Management regarding releases.
- Facilitate QA – Monitor and create transparency of FoF and Rollback, including facilitating preventive actions (Request changes to development guidelines or updates to Standard change template).
