SHORT DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Environment Manager / Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of end-to-end non-production environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. This role involves ensuring optimal functionality and availability of test environments to support program needs and facilitate efficient testing processes.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficiency in Public Cloud Technologies: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in stakeholder and program management.
  • Effective negotiation skills to manage environment contentions and coordinate across multiple programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in Incident, Change Management, and Problem Management.
  • Experience with industry-standard test environment management tools/platforms.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow (SNOW) for day-to-day environment management.
  • Skilled in utilizing monitoring solutions such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and automation utilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the DevOps CI/CD ecosystem.
    Ability to design and develop test environment strategies for large-scale transformation programs.

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and configure end-to-end non-production environments, encompassing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with program requirements.
  • Implement and enforce test environment policies, processes, and standards, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve environment-related issues and promote best practices across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health check processes, tool frameworks, and practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation repository for test environment configurations and setups. Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry data related to test environments
