Overview:
Novant Health is seeling an ROI Specialist Lead.Release of Information is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring release of information standards and systems to support release of the patient record. The ROI Specialist Lead is responsible for assisting management with coordinating workflows related to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance with all ROI workflows across the enterprise for acute and ambulatory facilities. This includes the oversight of receiving, processing, and assessment of all incoming requests for PHI. The ROI Specialist Lead will act as a subject matter expert in all release types and work queues and will also assist management with the coordination of employee workflow assignment and quality assurance. The ROI Specialist Lead will also act as a resource for all ROI Techs and Specialists, and will assist with any training/on-boarding efforts. Provides customer service to callers to the ROI department as appropriate. This colleague will also foster working relationships with other departments to ensure timely resolution related to any issues within these workflows.
