ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coaching the newly established product development ART within Vehicle Infotainment Product Development, including role-specific coaching and facilitating ART events.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the processes and execution of the overarching product organization.
  • Managing risks and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of product increments.
  • Passionate about designing and shaping agile organizational structures as part of the digitization in leading industrial companies.
  • Continuously optimizing the Agile Release Train while aligning with lean-agile values and principles.
  • Acting as a servant leader in the Agile Release Train, identifying and resolving cross-team risks and dependencies.
  • Responsible for optimizing the flow for the ART.
  • Conducting role-specific coaching and enablement for Product Managers, Architects, Agile Team Coaches, Product Owners, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitating SAFe events, such as PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync, and more.
  • Raising awareness within the business and management about the specifics and requirements of agile product development.
  • Imparting expert knowledge to broaden the agile methodology toolbox.
  • Supporting the development of strong cross-functional teams by promoting self-management, autonomy, and a lean-agile mindset.
  • Creating an environment that fosters continuous learning through feedback, experimentation, and positive team health.
  • Collaborating with other Coaches and RTEs to ensure comprehensive SAFe implementation.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an outstanding Release Train Engineer, who will help us bring our Agile Release Train (ART) and Teams to the next level. You will coach a newly formed ART developing Porsche’s next-generation in-vehicle infotainment system from the ground up, enhancing our customers’ driving experience. Based in Ludwigsburg, you will be part of a cross-functional product team. In your role, you will contribute to the ART’s success by supporting from the ramp-up phase, embedding agile values and principles from the start, and fostering excellent collaboration within the ART. Additionally you will oversee and coordinate overarching product processes and execution, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders within the organization.
The ART is part of our Portfolio Vehicle. Within this Portfolio we work in cross-functional product teams across the globe, to develop premium customized Porsche services which are integrated seamlessly into existing digital life of our customers.
