Description:

Position: Reliability Coordinator
Reports to: Maintenance & Reliability Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Overview: The Reliability Coordinator will pay a crucial role in ensuring that our plan operations are executed efficiently, safely, and effectively. This role will be responsible for identifying and managing risks related to operational safety and equipment performance, developing strategies for effective maintenance scheduling, and enhancing overall production quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with Rockwell Automation, KCF, MATLAB, Linux, Python, C, JAVA, R Language, Nand, and ALLO software and systems.
  • Reliability Engineering certification preferred; Six Sigma training a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in scripting, mechanisms, and Terraform processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud software and systems.
  • Fluent in control systems and capable of leading technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with legal terms and commercial contract structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide applications engineering support to multiple program integrated product teams (IPTs).
  • Lead investigation of root-cause for repetitive damage and failure rates.
  • Participate in annual and long-term reliability and capital planning.
  • Provide technical support of supervisors and craftsmen as needed.
  • Support the creation and delivery of operational objectives, facilities services, programs, and contracts for applicable facilities.
  • Develop and execute root-cause failure analysis, corrective and preventative actions.
  • Own the budget development, financial variance analysis and operation analysis.
  • Partner with support teams on new initiatives, site retrofits, etc.
  • Monitor, measure and improve the performance and state-awareness of systems.
  • Manage performance metrics to ensure that programs are being adequately executed.
  • Promote continuous improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction, through the utilization and monitoring of IMPACT survey.
  • Work frequently with product teams on shared goals and cross-team projects.
  • Interface with partners and customer counterparts will be required per contract requirements.
  • Responsible for end-to-end product quality and reliability with a focus on data collection and analysis.
  • Develop standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve.
  • Capacity planning and demand forecasting to meet systems demand, identifying performance bottlenecks and devising tuning improvements.
  • Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts.
  • Identify and drive improvements in infrastructure and system reliability, performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the platform.
  • Assist in the disposition of nonconforming material and the implementation of corrective action.
  • Develop and present RAM assessments and lessons learned as required.
  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a life cycle asset management process for components, equipment, and processes at all facilities.
  • Identify, manage and direct impactful projects from conceptualization to results.
  • Establish trust and maintain open, positive relationships with team, customers and vendors.
